Le Vallon de Valrugues Hotel Spa & Villas - Saint-Rémy-de-Provence

Located 600 metres from the centre of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Le Vallon de Valrugues & Spa offers exceptional rooms, suites & villas, a gourmet restaurant, a bistro, a bar, an outdoor swimming pool and a 550 m² spa. The village of Les Baux-de-Provence is just 10 km away.

The guest rooms, suites and villas have air conditioning, free WiFi access and a flat-screen satellite TV. Featuring views of the surrounding area and the Parc National des Alpilles, some rooms also have a terrace.

Alexandre Fabris, a Michelin-starred chef for several years on the French Riviera, is taking charge of the kitchens at Vallon de Valrugues and offers two restaurants: our Provençal and Mediterranean restaurant, Canto Cigalo, offers a lunch menu and an à la carte menu for dinner. Our gourmet restaurant will open in March 2026 for dinner only.

The Spa de Valrugues is open 7 days a week and features an indoor heated pool, small training pool with a counter-current jet, hot tub, sauna, hammam and fitness room.

A free shuttle bus to the centre of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is available. A charging station for electric cars is available at this property.

Unlimited access to the Spa between 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. (indoor swimming pool, fitness, hammam etc.)

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

The gastronomic restaurant offers Provençal-themed gourmet menus created by chef Jérôme Yahia using seasonal local products open every diner.

The bistrot is open for lunch and diner everyday.

In the summer there is a poolside bar offering smoothies, ice creams and milkshakes.

Guests are required to inform the property of the number of children in the booking and specify the childrens age.

Please note that children aged 17 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult in the wellness area and can access it from 09:30 to 14:30. After this time, the spa is adults only.

Please note that the poolside bar is open from 1 June to 30 September from 10:00 to 19:00.

Suite with Private Pool. This suite features a private pool seasonally heated, a large terrace with views of the Alpilles, a fireplace, 3 flat-screen satellite TVs and a minibar. It has a living area with a sleeping alcove and a separate childrens bedroom with 2 twin beds. The private bathroom offers a spa bath, walk-in shower, bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries.
