A frank, direct cuisine, going to the essential of the taste with respect for the product: the cuisine of memory. The Klima Restaurant, meanwhile, tends towards the search for the perfect match. The Burgundian chef Lionel Freitas creates a passionate and creative gastronomic cuisine, in dialogue with the most beautiful terroirs of the vineyard.
