Located in Linxe andin a 4-hectare park, Château Belle Epoque is a guest house settled in the castle built in the 18th century. It offers a heated, outdoor swimming pool and you can borrow rackets to play tennis on site.

For a House rental (only), you will have the possibility to take the cleaning option or to do the complete cleaning yourself at no charge. Even if you take the cleaning option, well ask you to do the minimum: take out the rubbish, empty the fridge offood, fold the blankets and take the sheets and towels down to the ground floor.

The price for the cleaning option varies according to the size of your rental (100€, 200€, 300€), this option can be chosen at the time of booking or at the latest 14 days before your arrival, it will not be possible to choose it afterwards.

For each house reservation, a deposit must be paid at check-in on the day of arrival, the cost of which varies according to the size of your accommodation (550€, 650€, 900€) by credit card.

If you decide to do your own cleaning, youll need to return the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged to the deposit. An inventory of fixtures will be drawn up on arrival and departure.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
