Our Residence is located in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, this residence features a gardenguests can relax with a book under the palm trees. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Our 29 studios include a fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs,Nespresso coffee machine, Microwave oven, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge, Crockery and Cutlery, Pots and Pans, Safe, 55 Inches Smart flat screen TV.

A private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer is also available. Some studios have a furnished balcony. Bed linen is provided by the property upon arrival.

Outdoor Swimming-pool. Free acces from 10am to 7pm From Mid-May to September.

Paid parking is available upon reservation, subject to availability.

Guests can easily walk to the beach, which is only 150 meters away and the marina is a 10-minute walk from the residence. Guests can take the bus to Nice, Menton and Monaco in Beaulieu-sur-Mer Bus Station, 100 meters away and the train station is 300 meters away.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:30.
